After doing some more research I was able to find out that Online Profits Breakthrough is actually a front end sales funnel for the MOBE business opportunity by Matt Lloyd. I won’t go into detail on the MOBE opportunity because I’ve already done that in a previous review but basically this is a business opportunity. When you sign up you are put through a series of steps that teach you about affiliate marketing and up-sell you to higher priced training. Once you go through the training you have the opportunity to become an affiliate and promote the Mobe system to earn commissions on the products. Essentially you are bringing people in through the same process that you too have come through.

Mentorship. With sites like Etsy, it simply doesn’t make sense to reinvent the wheel when opening a shop. Instead, look to others who have been down the path and have learned the hard way what to do – and what not to do. Blogs like Handmadeology and EverythingEtsy.com offer hints and guidance for artists just looking to get started in this profitable home-based business.

The main advantage to selling your own products is that you ultimately control how much profit you make on every sale and you therefore have the potential for the biggest profit margin. You know exactly what each product costs, and you can try out different price points to see what works the best. People appreciate good value, and removing the middleman is a great way to provide your customers with competitive prices that keep them coming back for more.
